About Us
P&L Media is a boutique branding and design firm focused on providing singular design and strategy for our client’s brands and businesses. P&L Media was formed by Paley and Lauren Dreier (the P&L behind P&L Media)… the couple realized that, together, they had the perfect experience and skills to launch a branding, strategy and design firm—what are the odds ?
Paley Dreier
Head of Business Strategy
Prior to P&L Media, Paley was Director of Business Strategy for MTV’s Program Enterprises group. Before MTV, Paley managed business development and product development teams at Dealogic. Paley earned his Bachelor’s degree in Mathematical Economics from Wesleyan University and holds an MBA from the New York University Stern School of Business.
Lauren Dreier
Head of Design
Lauren holds a bachelor’s degree in architecture from the University of Pennsylvania. She has over 10 years of professional experience in front-end and user experience design. She is an accomplished fine artist and has taught undergraduate courses in Architecture and graduate courses in Integrated Product Design at the University of Pennsylvania.
